Hi Glad to hear all is going well with your build. We are also building with Coral and we're currently selecting finishes. We were curious as to what brick you chose and colour of your roof. We have tentatively chosen Alora and it would look better with a lighter mortar ie white or off white. Coral have not yet advised us of the additional cost of the differnt mortar. If you have chosen the lighter mortar would you mind advising us whether you did this though Coral or direct with the Bricky? Was it very expensive to upgrade? We look forward to your reply, and intend to also start a blog once we confirm a start date with Coral.
We choose Tuscany Bianca Bricks, they were a little extra but well worth it. We also choose off white morter which cost about an extra $700 again well worth it. The colour of the roof is sambuca.
I done all of this with coral, I am finding that the work is going ahead quick and often dont get to talk to the tradies - brickys before they start. Which means if you choose to wait you may have the wrong thing done if you are not quick enough.
