Lender faxed through authority to commence and we now have a start date of the 20th November.
I am a bit disappointment that it is not closer. But it is only 2 and a half weeks away...
I am so happy that it is moving, at least i will have a slab by Christmas.
Coral advised today that they only shut down for 2 and a half weeks at Christmas, Does any one know if this is right?

Hi Jambrelock, I have just commenced my process with Coral Homes and am also planning on building a Fraser-232 at Springfield Lakes. Currently i an at the soil testing phase. I was keen on knowing how the kitchen in Fraser looks and what the standard inclusions are. Are you able to post me working drawings that depict you kitchen and give me details of the inclusions (i have opted for the deluxe inclusions)? Manish

ReplyDeleteDont have a scaner at the moment, but even my plans dont break down the kitchen that much. its pretty much just what you see in the plan i already have posted. Its pretty hard picking a house that you can not walk through.. I wonder why they do not have any display homes of the Fraser. Did you have to choose it due to your block, or was it the house that you liked?
In my kitchen i also went for all the inclusions. Is springfield lakes on the goldcoast?
