Home Loan all approved for land and house

Signed Contracts for land, Contracts exchanged

23rd May 2009 went to coral and paid deposit for soil tests.

Choose brick colour bianca and roof tile colour sambuca.

26th May 2009 Faxed through to coral what they wanted (section 149 and convents)

30th May 2009 Called Coral and asked if they had everything they needed. Was advised yes… now just had to wait for survey reports…
